Using the site

Making and printing charts is free, and you don't need an account. You're welcome to print charts for your own family, your classroom or the families you work with.

Please don't use the site to break the law, try to get around the pass, overload or attack the site, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.

Your charts

What you write on a chart is yours. We only store a chart when a pass holder saves it, and we use it only to show it back to you. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.

Our designs and the icons

The site, its text and the chart layouts belong to Chart Sprout. The icons are Fluent Emoji by Microsoft, used under the MIT license. Use the charts you make however suits your family, but please don't take the layouts or artwork to sell or share as a product of your own.

The Chart Sprout Pass

• One payment. The pass costs $9.99, paid once through Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
• It lasts 365 days from the day you buy it. It doesn't renew, and you won't be charged again unless you choose to buy another.
• What it includes. Saving up to 100 charts, opening them on any device, and printing without the small "Made at Chart Sprout" line.
• Your email is your sign-in. The pass belongs to the email address you pay with, and anyone who can read that inbox can sign in. Sign-in links expire after 60 minutes. The pass is for your household; please don't share it.
• When it ends, your saved charts are kept but can't be opened until you buy a new pass. Making and printing charts stays free.

Refunds

If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work it out. If we refund a pass in full, the pass ends straight away. A partial refund leaves it in place.

Changes to the site

We'll keep improving Chart Sprout, which means features may change. If we ever close the site while passes are still running, we'll refund the unused part of each one.

Charts are not professional advice

Our charts and guides are practical suggestions for everyday routines. They aren't medical, psychological or other professional advice. For questions about your child's health, development, toilet training or behavior, talk to your child's doctor.

No warranty

We work to keep Chart Sprout running well, but it's provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Chart Sprout isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending access

You can stop using Chart Sprout at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses the site or breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
