- Can't open your saved charts? Ask for a sign-in link on the pass page. It goes to the email you paid with and works for 60 minutes.
- A refund or a payment problem? Tell us the email you paid with and roughly when, and we'll sort it out.
- A task or chart you wish we had? We'd love to hear it. Ideas from parents shape what we add next.
- Privacy requests, such as a copy of your data or deleting your saved charts, go to the same address. Our privacy policy says what we hold.
